Study finds magnesium-rich diet can reduce risk

Disease prevention and health care are inseparable from healthy eating. According to a report by the American "Internet Doctor of Medicine" on January 20 best vibrator , the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition published a new study by the Karolinska Medical Institute in Sweden and found that eating more foods rich in trace element magnesium such as green leafy vegetables can reduce the risk of stroke. Professor Suzanne Larson, who led the new study vacuum pumps , said the results of this study suggest that healthy diets should include foods rich in magnesium, such as green leafy vegetables, nuts giant dildo , beans, whole grains, etc.
Professor Larson and colleagues reviewed a database of research over the past 45 years that involved the association between magnesium intake and stroke incidence. The results showed that in the seven research reports released in the past 14 years (1998-2011), more than 240,000 participants were involved in the United States, Europe and Asia, and the average research period was 11 years. About 6500 participants (3%) suffered a stroke during the follow-up survey. Further analysis found that more participants who consumed 100 mg of magnesium per day had a 9% reduced risk of ischemic stroke (the most common type of stroke).
Professor Larsen said that in all research projects related to the latest analysis, the daily intake of magnesium among male and female participants in the United States varied from 242 to 471 mg. The daily magnesium intake standards recommended by the American Health Guidelines for men and women over the age of 31 are 420 mg and 320 mg, respectively. In most studies bbw ass , researchers ruled out other causes such as family history.
Professor Larsen said that the latest analysis results are observational research results and require further research. But Dr. Larry Goldenstein, director of the Stroke Institute at Duke University Medical Center, said the new study has certain limitations and the results are consistent with doctors 'recommendations. A magnesium-rich diet is also a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and grains. These foods are low in sodium, high in potassium and high in magnesium. What plays an important role is a diet pattern composed of multiple foods, not just nutrients.
